Looking for an extremely agile and resourceful Deputy Hotel Manager to join our team

Responsible for all aspects of the operation with regard to pre-opening of a Hotel in Cape Town. Pre-opening responsibilities include but not limited to keeping all MEP up to running condition, Airconditioning, heating, soft renovation of rooms and facilities.

**About You**
- A Bachelors’ degree in hospitality, operations or business management or a relevant field.
- 10 years post qualification experience in Africa, ideally as a 5-star Hotel
- Experience in property and hospitality management, engineering and facilities management.
- Good command of the English language, written and Oral.
- Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results
- In-depth knowledge of the hotel / leisure / service sector
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of perform and exceed targets
- Knowledge of the hotel property management systems
- Accountable and resilient
- Ability to work under pressure

**Experience**:

- 5 Star Hotel Manager: 5 years (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
