**Job Purpose**:

- Execution of change management for Cloud technologies for the group at a strategic, tactical and operational layer.
- Create the group awareness and transformation of Cloud, actively drive the technologies change management plans
- Align the Cloud change management plan to the company change management plan.
- Align the transformation with the current organisational culture
- Assist to link the transformation to the transformation, bridging the gap between the current state of the organisation and the desired state as envisaged to support the 2020 strategy, develop and leverage leadership capability, and transformation for cloud
- Support relevant stakeholders through the transformation
- Work across business units transformation

**Qualifications**:

- An appropriate Bachelors degree/equivalent qualification or relevant experience, preference honours/ masters degree in Industrial Psychology
**Knowledge**:

- Intimate knowledge of Change Management frameworks, practices and strategies
- Knowledge of people and project engagement lifecycle and moments of truth
- Knowledge of employee engagement and experience management practices
- Understanding of employee behaviour
- Understanding of the Financial Services and Insurance legislation and regulations
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Good understanding of and experience with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
**Skills and Behavioural Attributes**:

- Facilitation experience with the ability to facilitate workshops independently
- Ability to create facilitation material in line with current culture and change requirements
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Accurately and clearly communicate information by verbal and written means
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Initiate and maintain a people network to facilitate the sharing of information to be used for realising benefits
