**Role Purpose**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Informatics.
- Project Management certifications, such as CAPM (Certified associate in project management) or PRINCE2 Foundation, to support structured project delivery.
- Certifications in Change Management (beneficial).
- 3 to 5 years of project and change management experience, with a strong track record of successfully leading and completing projects.
- Experience in managing projects related to information systems implementation is beneficial, with an ability to adapt change practices to support technical deployments.
- Background in trading and risk management systems preferred, along with an understanding of financial and capital markets to enhance relevance in a trading environment.
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and communication planning, with skills in managing complex stakeholder relationships and securing buy-in.
- Facilitation experience in conducting workshops and group discussions, with a focus on achieving consensus, resolving conflicts, and driving collaborative decision-making.
- Experience in impact assessment and change readiness, including the ability to assess how changes affect processes, systems, and people, and to recommend effective actions based on assessments.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- **
Change Management Principles, Methodologies, and Frameworks**: Leads the adoption of change management frameworks, adapting methodologies to fit project needs and contributing to a conducive change environment. Implements governance structures to monitor adherence and compliance.
- **
Change Facilitation**: Leads facilitation of solution-focused workshops to address challenges collaboratively. Enables cross-functional teams, removes blockers, and maintains momentum by guiding teams through actionable steps and ensuring tasks are well-coordinated.
- **
Progress Tracking and Task Management**: Establishes and maintains structured tracking systems to monitor progress across multiple complex and interrelated projects, ensuring accountability by following up on task completion and resolving delays to maintain momentum and alignment with project timelines.
- **
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication**: Maps key stakeholders and crafts communication plans to ensure alignment, keeping stakeholders informed, addressing resistance proactively and gaining buy-in through targeted messaging.
- **
Impact Assessment and Readiness**: Conducts thorough impact assessments, identifying key areas of change and readiness levels. Provides recommendations on resources or support based on readiness outcomes.
- **
Change Strategy and Planning**: Develops detailed change plans, outlining activities, responsibilities, and timelines. Ensures alignment with broader business objectives and drives plan execution across teams.
- **
Support Enablement**: Designs and facilitates training sessions, equipping employees with essential skills for change adoption. Offers transitional support to ensure smooth adjustment to new processes.
- **
Monitoring, Feedback, and Continuous Improvement**: Monitors change metrics, gathers in-depth feedback, and conducts continuous improvement analysis to refine change methodologies.
- **
Project Management Methodologies and Frameworks**: Utilises hybrid project methodologies, managing sprints while balancing critical path considerations. Leads structured processes like scrums and sprint reviews for iterative project progress.
- **
Project Planning and Resource Allocation**: Breaks down projects into actionable sprints with clear goals. Defines scope, timelines, and objectives while integrating change-specific requirements, ensuring effective resource allocation.

Risk and Issue Management**: Actively identifies and manages project risks, ensuring adaptive planning and alignment with BAU. Collaborates with business analysts to mitigate risks associated with dependencies.
