We are seeking an Audit Manager to join our thriving team The Audit Manager is a primary point of contact between Audit and varied stakeholders on all matters relating to Audit and Risk assessment/mitigation. The incumbent is responsible for helping the company ensure that financial, operational and compliance practices, and related controls sufficiently support the accomplishment of company objectives. The Audit Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of Internal Audit associates. The incumbent works with the Vice President to communicate the status and results of Audit activities to company management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identifies shifts in the risk environment and recommends changes to the Audit Plan and scheduled audits
- Manages staffing requirements to execute audit plan activities and works to obtain co-sourced resources when necessary
- Provides direction in the execution of Audit projects and activities to ensure work is completed in accordance with the IIA Professional Practices Framework
- Maintain consistent attendance while exhibiting behavior in alignment with our core values.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience.

- Completed CTA/ PGDA and/or completed board exams for SAICA not necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month
