An established service station based in Somerset West has a vacancy for an Administrative Clerk

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with managers to coordinate schedules
- Prepare essential documentation, reports, and other forms of communication
- Data capturing - Fuel recons, bank recons, etc
- Handle human resource duties, including managing personnel databases and wages
- Stock ordering, GRV capturing, Stock count entries
- Regularly check and maintain record of necessary office supplies
- Communicate regularly with staff to help procure needed items
- Closing shifts once a week at 19h00
- Willing and Able to work one weekend a month (Friday, Saturday and Sunday - Open and close shifts)

**Qualifications**:

- 0-1 years of experience for entry-level positions
- Familiarity with productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, more specifically Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of/or ability to learn to use office equipment, including printers, fax machines, and phone systems
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work independently and seek help or assistance as needed
- Self-motivated and highly organized
- Distinctly dependable and trustworthy, with a strong and proven work ethic.
- Owns own reliable transport.
