**Job Title**:Customer Relationship Consultant
**Department**: Call Centre
**Location**:Brickfield Canvas, Woodstock Cape Town
**Reporting to**: Call Centre Supervisor
**Overview**:As customer relationship consultant, you will be responsible for building relationships, making customer contacts for various reasons for respected motor dealerships. You will be required to make service booking, data cleanse their database, discuss current requirements, and ensure contact and vehicle details are all up to date.
**Job Role**:
In this position your duties / tasks will include but not limited to
1. Conduct all tasks in a professional manner.
2. Manage aftersales contacts allocated to you.
3. Making outbound calls via the Aftersales diary.
4. Make workshop bookings for respected dealers.
5. Meet daily and monthly targets.
7. Ensure service reminders are sent.
8. Follow up and give feedback on all client queries.
9. Look for opportunities to up sell products.
10. Manage all relevant administration process.
11. Reporting of results and problem areas directly to your supervisor.
12. Deliver a high level of professionalism to all clients.
13. Answering incoming calls for workshop bookings.
14. Gain an understanding of the workings of Pinewood DMS required for the role and other systems in place.
**Inherent Requirements of the Job**:
1. Comprehensive customer service experience
2. Fully computer literate
3. Target driven
4. Professional communication skills in English and Afrikaans (both written and verbal)
5. Able to work in a team as well as independently.
6. Proficient in MS Office
7. Punctual
8. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
9. Dedicated to giving excellent customer service.
10. Strong affiliation to the Ampersand Communications company values
11. Working from home will be required during the COVID-19 Pandemic, connectivity will be for your own account.
