**Experience and Skills**:

- Holding a registration (Pr. Sci. Nat or Pr. Eng.) or equivalent and appropriate GHG quantification accreditation.
- Have 4-8 years experience in Climate Change Management and development of emissions inventories.
- Be aware of the requirements of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures.
- Be able to critically evaluate and analyse information or data.
- Have excellent communication, project management, organisational and report writing skills, specifically writing of scientific reports and integrating scientific information therein.
- Other skills advantageous to the position comprise GIS, statistics or mathematics, data analysis, modelling or programming.

**General Requirements**:

- Develop emission inventories based on project data using performance guarantees or emission factors.
- Undertake climate change impact assessment as part of the climate change team including the preparation of reports.
- Assist clients in identifying and realising decarbonisation objectives.
- Coordinate inputs to projects and work within tight deadlines and on multiple projects.
- Liaising with clients and project teams.
- Assist or lead the preparation of proposals and tender bids.
- Have strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally - A valid drivers license and own transport would be an advantage.
- Be a self-driven individual with a positive and proactive approach.
