Advisor to the client about all business IT needs
Create and drive strategic Technology Plans and budgets for clients
Assists in managing our relationship with assigned clients and to that end, supports the Account Managers, with primary focus being on high level strategic engagements with our clients.
Assist in Client Retention and Client Satisfaction
Turn business goals into executable IT projects that have a measurable impact on the client’s business
Provide principal-level consulting on business and technical matters
Identify trends and develop strategies to support these trends
Needed attributes
A firm understanding of business, technology and how they work together, ability to align business goals with IT
Good understanding of overall technology, but with emphasis on the Microsoft solutions. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Services (Microsoft 365, Azure)
Excellent people skills to be able to engage with senior management and C level execs at clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in easily understood concise language [English]
Excellent understanding of working in a Managed IT services company

**Salary**: R50,000.00 - R70,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
