**CALL CENTRE TELEMARKETING**
While our rescue crews and lifeguards are out saving lives, we have a team raising funds to support their efforts. The purpose of this role is to generate donations and build relationships with donors at venues, in person, for the NSRI.

**Here’s what you can expect to be doing**:

- Approach donors and potential donors face-to-face at various venues.
- Use the script and NSRI information provided, to pitch and secure donations.
- Persuade potential donors to participate in the NSRI’s competitions or support the NSRI in other ways.
- Follow-up on donor pledges for support.
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the NSRI’s reputation.
- Maintain accurate records of donor information.
- Meet performance targets.
- Position and uphold the NSRI brand and reputation.

**A little about who you are**:

- Proficient in English.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Persistent, with sales and results orientation.
- Patient and able to handle rejection.
- Excellent time management
- Have your own reliable car (essential)
- Must be able to travel regularly

**What we offer**:
Basic salary of R10 585 + commission

Medical aid, pension, Group Life and Funeral cover

Working hours are 5 hours a day, Monday-Saturday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From R10,585.00 per month
