We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Senior Project Manager** with a strong track record in project deployment, particularly within an Agile environment to join our team in **Johannesburg (Hybrid).**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and budgets.
- Ensure alignment with Agile methodologies, incorporating iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate stand-up meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, testers, and third-party vendors.
- Maintain stakeholder engagement by providing regular updates, reports, and risk mitigation plans.
- Oversee the implementation of technical solutions, particularly within payments, cash management, trading, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and industry best practices.
- Drive process improvements to optimise project delivery and resource utilisation.
- Key Skills & Experience Required
- Project Deployment Experience: Demonstrated experience in successfully leading and delivering medium-sized projects.
- Agile Project Management: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in Agile environments.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, IT, or related field.- Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, CSM, or equivalent).

**Experience**:

- Technical Proficiency: Solid technical knowledge, particularly in:
- Payments and cash management systems
- Trading platforms
- Microsoft Product Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
- Project Governance & Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and manage expectations of senior stakeholders, business leaders, and cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Proven ability to identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Communication & Leadership: Strong ability to influence, negotiate, and motivate teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Budget & Resource Management: Experience managing project budgets, financial forecasting, and resource allocation.- Experience in financial services, fintech, or related industries is highly desirable.
