**Job Title**: Lead Qualification Coordinator

**We're excited to offer an opportunity to join our mortgage brokerage in Durban as a Call Qualifier.** Your role will be crucial in supporting our team by engaging with potential clients, assessing their initial requirements, and setting up appointments with our mortgage advisers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients to determine their eligibility for mortgage products.
- Collect key information during calls to facilitate the pre-qualification process.
- Schedule appointments between clients and our mortgage advisers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database.
- Adhere to all compliance and regulatory guidelines during client interactions.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Standard**: National Senior Certificate (NSC) or Matriculation Certificate as a minimum requirement.
- **Outstanding Communication Skills**: Ability to engage effectively and empathetically with clients over the phone.
- **Exceptional Multitasking Abilities**: Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks seamlessly.
- **Meticulous Attention to Detail**: Demonstrating a methodical and organised approach to every aspect of work.
- **Experience in Customer Service**: While not mandatory, prior experience in customer service will be highly regarded. We provide comprehensive training to all our team members.

**Working Hours**:

- **Shift Timings**: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- **Days**: Monday to Friday
- **Shift Structure**: Shifts will be organised within these hours, ensuring a balanced and flexible work schedule.
