**CRM Assistant**

**Get creative, stay organised, and help drive customer loyalty**

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Gathering requirements from stakeholders and trade marketing teams
- Writing creative briefs and coordinating feedback and approvals
- Reporting on campaign performance (open rates, click rates, revenue, etc.)
- Creating reporting packs for manufacturer inclusions
- Working with the CRM Manager to understand customer behaviour and segment value

**What We're Looking For**:

- You’re highly organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
- You’ve got great attention to detail and a knack for spotting what’s missing
- You’re confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- You’re self-motivated and eager to learn
- You’re curious about customer behaviour and how data drives decisions
- Flexible and able to work UK hours
