**_ Position Purpose:_**
T gain practical experience and exposure in a position of responsibility and to prove that his education, training, experience
and professional development have enabled him to discharge, in full, the responsibilities of a Property Management
physical property.
**_ Position outputs:_**
As a Young Professional In Training, your responsibilities include shadowing various staff members, participating in learning
experiences, attending meetings and workshops,and traveling to other working environments to gain practical experience on
the following deliverables:
Contract Management
Maintenance Management
Engineering Management
Facilities Management
Environmental Management
Space Management
Health & Safety Compliance
Utilities Management
Security Management
Undertake various projects aligned to the outcomes of this programme, and further lead
and contribute to initiatives and programmes in both property and facilities management

Waste Management
Water Management
Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation
Natural Capacity Management and Optimization
Carbon Management
Environmental Management
Sustainability Risk Management and Opportunity Assessment
Innovation and Integrated Sustainability Reporting
**_ Qualifications & Experience:_**
Bachelor of Science or Engineering in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any other Engineering Related Stream.
National Diploma in real estate studies (NQF 6) are encouraged.
Postgraduate Studies are an added advantage
Some vocational experience would be an added advantage
