Executive: Information System Lead

As the Information System Lead for Shared Services, you will be responsible for engaging and partnering with shared services, managing common shared platforms across the group, and ensuring sustainable and cost-effective operations for our client's head office. You will be managing the common BI, reporting, and analytics functions, including financial, human resource, and risk management functions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Partner with the shared services business units to understand their information system requirements and ensure requisite functionality aligns with business strategic requirements
- Ensure appropriate IT systems support by providing support, issue resolution, and service requests to the business
- Capably manage BI function to ensure scalable and stable reporting to the business
- Assist and coordinate Motus IT reporting across the group
- Provide project leadership/support for special projects as agreed or necessary
- Plan and execute IT asset refresh actions in alignment with required standards
- Maintain adequate governance, security, and risk mitigation of core platforms and operations used across the group
- Manage escalations, critical risks, and operations issued through the appropriate channels
- Maintain governance and controls on shared infrastructure
- Engage 3rd-parties and vendors that fulfil IT functions to enable and maintain shared platforms
- Conduct shared services supplier SLA performance and conformity reviews while managing vendor relationships to ensure services are relevant and compliant
- Manage relationships and contracts with support partners and vendors to ensure they deliver as per expectations
- Ensure appropriate use of Motus IT processes, tools, and methodologies
- Define and manage an effective business continuity plan in relation to information systems functionality
- Lead, mentor, and manage the information systems support team to provide necessary support to users
- Manage information system projects
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a technical discipline
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Microsoft Power Platform development (e.g. Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, etc.), ideally knowledge and experience with Qlikview and Qliksense
