Lead, mentor and manage the information systems support team, ensuring:

- each team member is appropriately skilled and empowered to provide the necessary information systems support to users.
- Information system service desk tickets are addressed within defined service levels.
- Manage the relationships and contracts with support partners and vendors, ensuring they deliver in line with expectations.
- Manage information system projects (SDLC etc).
- Fully understand the reporting and BI components of the information systems landscape to be able to stand in as backup for the BI & IT Business Analyst.

Take ownership of all information systems (the most significant being the ERP and CRM system) and support structures, ensuring:

- the systems deliver the requisite functionality required by the business to achieve strategic objectives, and

system users are adequately supported and empowered to use the systems optimally

**Requirements**:

- Relevant Tertiary Qualification in IT / Information Systems
- Certified in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- Certified in Microsoft Power Platform
- At least 5 years experience implementing, configuring and supporting ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 / AX 2012
- Microsoft Power Platform development (e.g. Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Sharepoint, etc)
- Training ERP users
- Business analysis
- Project management
- Organisational change management

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
