**Job Summary**:
The E-Commerce Business Warehouse Clerk is responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the warehouse by handling tasks related to order processing, label printing, and system updates. This role ensures that orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped in a timely manner by coordinating with warehouse operators and updating order statuses in the system.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Order Processing: Print out customer orders from the e-commerce platform and prepare them for picking by warehouse operators.
- Label Printing: Generate and print shipping labels and any other required documentation for order fulfillment.
- Coordination with Operators:
Distribute printed orders and labels to warehouse operators, ensuring they have the necessary information to accurately pick and pack items. - System Updates: Update order statuses in the e-commerce system as orders are processed, ensuring accurate tracking and communication with customers.
- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels and report any discrepancies or low stock situations to the Warehouse Manager.
- Quality Control: Verify the accuracy of picked orders before they are packed and shipped, ensuring that all items are correct and in good condition.
- Communication: Liaise with other departments, such as customer service and sales, to resolve any issues related to orders or inventory.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of orders processed, labels printed, and other relevant documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
- General Support: Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, including restocking, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience:
Previous experience in a warehouse or e-commerce environment is preferred.
- Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and e-commerce platforms.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Basic computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office and label printing software.

**Physical Requirements**:
