DATA ANALYST

Responsibilities: Monitoring:

- Daily monitoring of solar plant status on various mentoring portals & logging any relevant plant errors, alarms, faults, tickets and downtime
- Assist in the configuration of solar plants on the monitoring system portals (Meteocontrol would be an advantage)
- Create user accounts and configure portal access for clients
- Engage portal technicians and component suppliers to resolve errors and improve system performance

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

- Evaluate solar plant performance down to inverter string and logging period detail
- Capture plant performance data and compile analysis spreadsheets to determine plant performance
- Compile reports & issue to clients according to the contracted reporting schedules
- Monitor and evaluate MD savings

O&M Administration:

- Assist with management & tracking of activities of cleaning & maintenance subcontractors
- Assist managing documentation filing in the cloud storage system for the O&M department and tracking data contracts

**Requirements**:

- B.Eng/BTech in Electrical Engineering or similar qualification
- Brilliant communication skills
- 1-2-year Operation and Maintenance experience
- Strong technical eye for detail
- Ability to identify patterns and discrepancies
- Solar PV monitoring tools and software is advantageous
- Strong programming skills (non-negotiable)
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, )
- Proficiency in the English Other languages are of advantage
- Driven, motivated, reliable, flexible & able to work independently
- Good organizational & prioritization skills
- Able to handle multiple sites & liaise with counterparties on site
