Liaising with Clients and Service providers
Frame Clearances on Compu-Clear/ Easy Clear covering export bills of entry, landing and shipping orders and cargo due orders
Obtain releases from shipping lines
Reconcile supplier invoices to ensure correctly charged and arrange payment where and when necessary
Prepare and process bills of lading, certificate of origin, form A’s, export certificates, Phytosanitary certificates and any other document as required by the client
Invoice files
Communicate efficiently with clients, service providers and management at all times

**Qualifications and Experience**:
A matric (Grade 12) level of education as a minimum
Minimum 1 years experience as a clerk in Clearing and Forwarding
A superior level of English literacy and numeracy essential.
Computer literacy (MS Office and Compu-Clearing/ Easy Clear).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and liaise with Clients and service providers at all levels.
Ability to work well under pressure
Meticulous with proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail
Use initiative and work independently with mínimal supervision or as part of a team
Ability to build and maintain excellent customer relations
Able to work overtime if and when required
Must be goal-driven
