**The Role’s Mission The role of the Technical Driver is primarily to pick, pack and dispatch products to customers. This role primarily focuses on the administration linked to deliveries and technical support and repairs. The role of the Technical Driver is to ensure that product and equipment are managed accordingly. Culminating in honouring our brand promise to our customers of “Always On”.**

**KPI of the role**:
**Logistics**

Manage and ensure all customer orders are picked and packed according to requirements before dispatching.

Oversee that picking of product includes:
Correct batch number on the invoice Checked and cleared invoices.

Stamp of approval by the Production team Manage and perform all deliveries, repairs, swop-outs, uplifts, and installations.

Ensure on-site equipment is inspected - such as machine care, ventilation, power supply and evidence shared at every inspection.

Assist with the receiving of company goods.

Manage and ensure route efficiencies and vehicle efficiencies are performed.

**Administration**

Manage and complete log sheets and inspections.

Ensure job cards, invoices, credit notes and all relevant paperwork is captured and completed for the process.

Manage fuel budgets and fines.

**Depot Support**

Assist the Sales team in the activation of POS, branding, and labelling of flavour.

Assist in the technical workshop if required for repairing and servicing equipment. Manage the provision of training to relevant stores when required.

Planning and availability for the scheduled weekend and public holiday deliveries or services.

Assist in monthly stock takes

**Housekeeping & Compliance**

Ensure all spares are accounted for and kept in vehicles for onsite repairs.

Manage and ensure the maintenance and cleaning of vehicles to prevent infestations or contaminations.

Ensure adherence to speed limits and vehicle efficiency.

Ensure vehicle and toolbox inspections are completed regularly.

Oversee the regular deep cleaning of vehicle and ensure loading bay is kept neat.
