**Job Purpose**:
To provide clerical and administrative assistance to the Human Capital Services Branch.
**Key Responsibility Areas**:
Conducts industrial relations administration.
Conducts human capital administration.
Conducts grading and remuneration administration.
Conducts recruitment and selection administration.
Maintains records/ systems.
Gathers and collates information for ad hoc projects as directed by the Manager Human Capital.
Undertake all clerical functions relating to the training of officials.
Undertakes related assignments.
**Essential Requirements**:
Matric/Grade 12.
Valid motor vehicle driving license (Code B).
12 Months relevant experience.
Computer Literacy.
**Preferred Requirements**:
Post matric certificate in Human Capital.
18 Months experience in Human Capital Administration.
