**Job Description: Team Coordinator for Tenant Administrators-Real Estate (Remote)**
**Position Type**: Full-time
**Job Summary**: We are seeking an experienced and proactive **Team Coordinator** for our clients Tenant Administrators team in the Real Estate Industry in the UK. This individual will manage a small team (3-5 team members) and will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations, while also fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The role requires strong leadership skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to thrive in a startup environment. As a key manager in our client’s organization, you’ll go beyond simply executing tasks; you will play a pivotal role in driving process improvements and providing structured feedback upwards to shape the future of their operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Team Management**: Lead and manage a team of Tenant Administrators, providing mentorship, guidance, and direction on a daily basis.
- **People Development**: Foster a culture of growth and professional development within the team. Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure individual and team success.
- **Process Improvement**: Actively identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and process enhancements. Suggest and implement improvements to enhance team performance and productivity.
- **Problem Solving**: Proactively address challenges within the team and across operational processes. Work collaboratively to find solutions that drive improvements and remove bottlenecks.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Serve as a liaison between the Tenant Administrators team and other departments, as well as management, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience managing a team. Prior experience in people management, team leadership, or similar roles is required.
- Minimum 3-5 years in a Tenant Administration role.
- A natural ability to think critically and offer proactive solutions to challenges. Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective changes.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with a hands-on approach to team management. Ability to motivate, inspire, and manage diverse personalities.
- A high level of responsibility and accountability. Professional, reliable, and solution-oriented in all tasks and interactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
- Comfort with ambiguity, adaptability to change, and a drive to contribute to the overall success of the business in a startup environment.

**Hardware Requirements**:
- Own computer or laptop.
- ADSL/FIBRE internet line with a minimum of 50 Mbps.
- Headphones for use with our VOIP phone system.
- Anti-virus installed.
- UPS/Back-up battery for load shedding.
