One of SA's largest Debt Counselling company is looking for dedicated Financial Wellbeing Officers. Our goal is to help you reduce your debt and improve your financial position.

**Job Requirements**

*
Personal interaction with clients (and potential clients) with regards to various products and services relating to financial wellbeing
- Although leads will be provided, the incumbent will be required to proactively seek new business
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships
- Correspond and liaise between clients and the New Business department

**Required Qualifications & Experience**
- Matric / Grade 12
- Post matric 3-year business related qualification would be an advantage
- 2+ years’ working in a financial services sales role
- Experience in Debt Review would be an advantage

**Necessary Skills & Attributes**
- Target driven (related to new business)
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and business partners
- Strong Sales Ability / Ability to influence
- Active listening skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English and at least one other local official South African language
- Attention to detail
- Strong computer litercy

Employees are provided with laptops and data to perform their duties. Should an office close due to COVID-19, employees will be able to work remotely.

**Salary**: R5,500.00 - R7,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Financial services sales: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- RE5 (preferred)
- Debt Counselling (preferred)
