**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research & Customer Identification**:

- Identify key stakeholders such as **designers, consultants**, and **project managers** in the healthcare, hospitality, and contract industries.
- Stay updated on ongoing and upcoming projects to approach potential customers early in the design process.
- Develop a comprehensive client database for the healthcare, hospitality, and retail markets.
- **Client Engagement & Relationship Building**:

- Meet with **designers, architects, consultants**, and **decision-makers** involved in large-scale interior design projects.
- Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to position the company’s products as the preferred choice.
- Provide tailored solutions and design recommendations to meet client needs.
- **Sales & Product Presentation**:

- Prepare and present proposals, including **cost estimates, specifications**, and **timelines**, based on the client’s requirements.
- Guide clients through product selections and help them make decisions that fit their project needs.
- **Sales Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement targeted **sales and marketing strategies** for the healthcare, hospitality, and retail sectors.
- Design strategies to reach high-potential markets like **hospitals, hotels, and retail chains**.
- Align sales efforts with broader company marketing campaigns to ensure consistent messaging.

**Key Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**:

- **3-5 years** of experience in **sales and marketing** within the **interior products**, **building materials**, or related industries.
- Previous experience selling to the **healthcare**, **hospitality**, or **contract industries** in South Africa is highly preferred.
- **Industry Knowledge**:
