**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Define and drive Tsebo Group’s technology vision and strategy
- Lead the development, evaluation, and coordination of IT systems in partnership with outsourced providers
- Manage dual environments: a mature RSA market and a less developed non-RSA African market
- Nurture and innovate a cloud-based strategy to support distributed and remote operations
- Facilitate communication across internal and external technology stakeholders
- Drive innovation, AI, digital transformation, automation, and continuous improvement
- Enhance the user experience and simplify processes
- Deliver strategic IT leadership, governance, and top quartile cost efficiencies

**Qualifications**:

- Qualifications: MBA, BComm Information Systems, BSc Computer Engineering/Science, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of business experience, with at least 5 years at senior/executive level in IT
- Minimum 5 years of programme and project management
- Proven track record in leading transformation across multiple business entities
