**HYBRID ROLE BASED IN UMHLANGA OR CENTURION**

The Simah Group is seeking a skilled Research Analyst to join our team. This role will be crucial in crafting high-quality content designed to attract and retain customers by providing in-depth insights into operational risks and emerging trends that impact organisations.

**Minimum Requirements**

Matric

Bachelor’s degree in business science, Data Science, Finance, or related STEM disciplines.

2 to 5 years of experience in Data Analysis.
- has an analytical mindset, capable of interpreting complex data and identifying key trends to provide clear, strategic recommendations.
- is a proactive researcher, continuously seeking out new information and trends to ensure that content remains relevant and impactful.
- is a strong communicator, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
- is detail-oriented, with exceptional attention to detail in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- is a collaborative Team Player, that can work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment.

**Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- manage an online subscription service to ensure clients receive up-to-date, valuable information tailored to their needs, enhancing subscriber engagement and building a loyal client base through engaging and insightful content.
- expand and curate the knowledge library by collaborating with internal and external experts to source high-quality content.
- conduct comprehensive PESTEL analysis across various industries to evaluate the political, economic, social, technological, environmental, and legal factors that could influence strategic decisions.
- continuously monitor and analyse emerging trends and risks to produce relevant, timely content tailored to our audience’s needs.
- utilise advanced research methods to develop scenario analyses that explore potential opportunities and threats, offering clients actionable insights for informed decision-making.
- create clear, concise reports and presentations that summarise research results and strategic recommendations, working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure research efforts align with the Simah business goals.
- oversee multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
