**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Translate Group HR strategy into a divisional People Plan aligned to business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the TCHS CEO and Exco on workforce trends, talent risks, and culture.
- Lead talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Oversee employee relations, compliance, and union engagement across multiple sites.
- Champion employee experience, engagement, and Tsebo’s High-Performance Service Culture.
- Drive transformation, diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
- Ensure HR operational excellence, digitisation, and governance standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field (Honors/Master’s preferred).
- 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in senior HR leadership.
- Strong HR leadership in services or labour-intensive environments.
- Proven experience in industrial relations, workforce mobilisation, and multi-site operations
