We are looking for a Property Investment Consultant to join our team in **Cape Town.**

We are a group of companies providing investment consulting services and residential buy-to-let properties for investors. As a Group of Companies, our services include sourcing suitable investment property stock, securing bank finance, providing legal and statutory services to set up investment structures, accounting, tax planning, wealth management and rental property management services. All under one roof.

Consultants does not have to source any stock

**Requirements**:

- Relevant diploma/degree (financial qualification advantageous)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience - preferably in the new development arena
- Consulting with the clients
- Property sales experience and marketing of the product
- Sectional title
- Property contracts
- Know the process of property sales
- Knowledge around investments
- Dealing with high net-worth clients

- Property sales
- Contracts
- Financial planning and cash flows
- Affordability assessments
- Property market and economic principles
- Advantageous knowledge:

- Trust entity and company structures
- Property financing
- Property registration
- Tax

- Sales skills

- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Confident and assertive
- Computer literate, including Excel skills
- Well-presented
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Own transport
- Great telephone etiquette

- You need a head for business
- Ability to work under pressure

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Sell new development properties to prospective investors
- Help property investors build their property portfolios over time
- Help property investors achieve financial freedom through strategically buying the right investment properties
- Working hand-in-hand with our bond origination team
