The role of the Digital Marketing Content Manager is to identify the most effective ways of achieving omnichannel customer and/or consumer engagement; working with digital platforms teams to brilliantly execute digital marketing campaigns across all business units.

The roles acts as an active collaborator with Marketers (Brand and Customer Managers) in the development of customized digital marketing content, campaign strategies and continuously suggest improvements to existing strategies, and identify opportunities to increase customer engagement. The role serves as a custodian of our digital content and its usage towards achieving maximum impact in our omnichannel engagement strategy.

The role is also responsible for leveraging analytics to monitor customer engagement, overseeing campaigns progress, and identifying ways to improve engagements through customization.

Our Digital team is innovating how we understand our patients and their needs. Working cross functionally we are inventing new ways of communicating, measuring and interacting with our customers and patients through digital channels and technologies.

**Major Activities and Responsibilities**
- An enterprise-wide custodian of digital marketing content, ensuring it is both available and authorized for use at any given time according to medical and compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing team in creating customized digital campaigns, informed by L3 and analytical insights about customers / consumer behavior.
- Have a 360-degree view of all digital marketing campaigns underway in the business and advise on how these are sequenced to avoid internal cannibalization, and/or customer/consumer content overload.
- Identifying new opportunities to encourage customer engagement across all digital platforms.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of various digital marketing campaigns and build a reference library of what works for each brand / customer combination.
- Be an enterprise-wide Social Media Community Manager, ensuring that we are effectively and compliantly executing all social media campaigns - typical work areas being Corporate Communications and Marketing.

- Proven experience working as a digital marketing consultant / specialist - can be from agency side as well.
- Sound knowledge of lead generation, digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Position Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- Required Experience and Skills: 3-5 Years Digital Marketing Experience.
