Startup dynamic BPO based in Century City Cape Town.

Magnus Marketing seeks the services of a highly motivated and professional Compliance Officer, who is willing to invest time and value into an innovative, dynamic and target driven Company; that recognises merit and results.

**Job Description**:
Conduct monitoring, investigations, quality and compliance checks in respect of all business operations; including but not limited to:
Incoming and outgoing correspondence, CRM and system audits, call monitoring and assessments, identifying risk and implementing risk mitigation measures, conducting compliance investigations in respect of all escalations and drafting reports and recommendations.

Conduct daily research to stay up to date with all international legislation and regulations in respect of the Fintech and Cryptocurrency industry.

Ability to devise risk matrices and align with business operations.

Provide statistical analysis and reporting to Line Manager.

Manage ad hoc requests from inception till finalisation.

Oversight of teams and performance management.

Settlement negotiations.

Microsoft office proficiency.

Typing skills (40 words per minute)

**Requirements**:
Matric.

Bachelor's degree/Diploma/Certification.

Experience in Fintech and Cryptocurrency industry and/or call centre environment.

1-2 years experience in a similar role.

Ability to commute/reliable transport and work shifts.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From R19,000.00 per month
