**This permanent employment opportunity for a Sage X3 Application Support Consultant **has become available at this leading ICT Company, specialising in ICT Lifecycle Management.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems (Advantageous)
- 2 Years experience in Sage X3 Support Application (Non-negotiable)
- Introduction to business analysis and project management
- Experience in engaging supervisory and middle management level
- Understanding and knowledge of ITIL
- Knowledge of service desk systems
- Understanding of the systems development lifecycle
- Solid understanding of IT concepts, terminology, and standards
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics and Sage X3

**Key Performance Areas**:

- Attend Business Analysis -Scoping Sessions
- Standard Operating Procedure review and improvements to be documented into End-user training guides
- Required to train Business in the following Modules (Procurement, Finance, Sales and Stores/Operational, Call Centre)
- Create Reports and Forms Design in Crystal Reports
- Problem solving & support (during and after implementation)
- Provide support on software programmes by fielding incoming tickets from end users
- Monitor and improve support process effectiveness by creating and deploying feedback mechanisms for end users, analysing results, and implementing appropriate changes
- Ensure the implementation of and compliance with all internal policies, processes, and quality standards as applicable to the area of responsibility
- Create and manage constructive relationships with internal and external providers, including but not limited to developers, Business Intelligence, IT infrastructure team, software vendors and software development vendors
- Manage second line support service providers in terms of delivery and task tracking
- Ensure that all reports and administrative documents are completed as agreed, such as incident reports, status updates and applicable monthly reports
- Provide guidance and learnings to other team members and Internal customers: All business units and functional departments in the organisation
