About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sage 200 Evolution Consultant to join our growing support team.

Sage 200 Evolution is an award-winning financial management system trusted by businesses across South Africa. In this role, you will play a key part in
implementing, supporting, and training clients
on this platform — helping them unlock the full potential of their financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

· Implement Sage 200 Evolution at client sites and ensure all project deadlines are met.

· Prepare, plan, and deliver client training sessions.

· Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.

· Identify and deliver effective solutions that meet client business needs.

· Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

·
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

·
Experience:
Minimum 2+ years' professional experience in one or more of the following areas: consulting, analysis, strategic planning, project management, or business development.

·
Technical Skills:

o   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (advanced level).

o   Experience with Sage 200 Evolution (Evolution Accreditation highly advantageous).

o   Microsoft SQL knowledge and experience.

o   Knowledge of other ERP systems (e.g., Acumatica, SAP B1, Syspro, Microsoft Dynamics) beneficial.

Personal Attributes:

o  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

o  Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

o  Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

o  Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Afrikaans, written and verbal).

o  Positive attitude, energy, and customer service mindset.

Must have a valid driver's license and own transport (travel required).
