Job Title: Operations Air and Sea Freight

Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Oversee daily operations of the Freight Forwarding department.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Monitor and maintain quality control standards.

Manage and train staff when needed.

Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.

Maintain accurate records and reports.

Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Resolve customer complaints and issues.

**Requirements**:
At least 7 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding industry.

Knowledge of CW1 Software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R40,000.00 per month
