As Branch Manager you will establish business plans for your branch to achieve revenue and profitability objectives. You will develop marketplace opportunities, lead sales pursuits, oversee internal processes, and provide employee leadership in the achievement of common goals. In this role you will also ensure a safe and engaged workforce and customer satisfaction, in collaboration with the district manager, peers at a pole level, employees and cross-functional teams. Building a talented team via a robust Management Resource Review (MRR) process and the ability to Exceed Branch Annual Operating Plan objectives through effective staff management and cross-functional collaboration will be key as well and exceeding branch strategic objectives (STRAP) through effective staff management and cross-functional collaboration.

JOB DUTIES:

- Accountable for Profit & Loss
- Manage and develop customer relationships
- Manage contractual compliance
- Drive planning and reporting
- Lead change
- Drive policy compliance
- Evaluate business risk
- Develop staff competencies

YOU MUST HAVE:

- Ability to motivate and build high-performing teams.
- Experience managing a team in a target driven environment
- Strong sales, branch management and operations experience.
