**About the Role**

In this exciting role, you will play a key part in expanding Unifi's customer base by reaching out to both new and existing clients to promote Unifi loan products. You'll leverage your interpersonal skills and customer service focus to build relationships, answer questions, and generate interest.

**You will**:

- Conduct outbound calls to a targeted list including:
- Pre-approved clients for credit limit increases: Communicate the benefits and guide them through the process of accepting the offer;
- Clients who have successfully paid off loans: Engage in courteous outreach to understand their experience and explore opportunities to welcome them back for future financial needs.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits, tailoring your approach to individual needs;
- Build rapport and identify opportunities to better serve clients by understanding their unique financial situations;
- Address concerns and objections with clear explanations and solutions;
- Explore opportunities to re-engage satisfied loan customers;
- Accurately record call details and maintain detailed customer records in our CRM system, noting key takeaways from outreach to loan-payoff clients;
- Stay up-to-date on Unifi's loan offerings and marketing campaigns to ensure you can provide the best possible service;
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, ensuring exceptional customer service. Proactively gather feedback to improve Unifi's services and commitment to responsible lending;
- Work collaboratively within a team environment.
