Client Relationship Consultant
to help grow our client portfolio across South Africa.
About the Role
This is a relationship-driven position focused on helping new clients discover and benefit from DT Projects' recruitment services.
You'll connect with business leaders, build long-term partnerships, and work closely with our recruitment team to deliver great outcomes for clients.
The ideal person is confident in sales conversations, understands the recruitment process, and enjoys engaging with decision-makers in the tech industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients within the IT and digital sectors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Present DT Projects' recruitment and project delivery solutions
- Support proposal development and contract discussions
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction
What You'll Bring
- Experience in recruitment, client services, or sales (ideally within tech or HR)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a small, focused team
