- Diary management: maintains appointment schedules by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, etc.
- Coordination and management of diaries and communications ensuring high level organisational activities operate efficiently and effectively to support business priorities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support regarding screening calls, handling incoming enquiries, correspondence and collating data and information.
- Provide general business assistance to the branch.
- Completing and submitting expense claims forms for payment as well as monthly credit card reconciliations, where required.
- Facilitating communication between the branch and various internal and external stakeholders.
- Work positively and constrictively with the team, senior management team and co-workers, to achieve business goals.
- Maintain and initiate regular and professional communication with all relevant colleagues, senior managers and executives.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or advanced diploma in relevant field of study (business administration)
- Minimum 3 years experience supporting international executive travel.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in general office management.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Advanced Adobe Pro skills.
- Excellent typing skills (speed and accuracy are both essential)
- Scheduling and diary management skills.
- Project Management skills would be advantageous.
