**Descriptions**:

- Must have an ability to communicate with clients and employees at all levels
- Providing pro-active ideas to enhance the client deliverables where applicable
- Keeping up to date with Accountability’s product range, including all new products and services.
- Being able to assist a potential new member with products suitable to their requirements
- Keeping up to date with competitor products in order to convince potential clients our services and products are more beneficial to them.
- Make appointments with new clients.
- Achieving a target signups per month (TBC)
- Convert TBC% of potential clients who made contact on their own initiative to sign up.
- Ensure the initial payments are made and paperwork is received timeously.
- Paperwork from the customer is accurate
- Generate TBC referrals per month
- Improving your sales pitch and ability to close
- Develop new ideas to get leads, referrals, and own appointments by doing research or self-training.
- Training - Sharing experiences and information with your colleagues
- Improving your ability to Network.
- To ensure a positive relationship with clients and have no valid complaints
- To ensure a positive relationship with the administration and internal sales departments.
- 360-degree reviews. This will be monitored with random call monitoring and agent/client feedback.
- New ideas and initiatives to increase quality appointments and in return increase the number of sign-ups per month.

**Qualifications**:

- Advanced communication skills - ability to communicate with clients and employees at all levels
- Passed Matric / Grade 12
- Computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office Tools.
- Excellent understanding of Company products and services
- Conforms to company core values
- Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
- Proficient in English and display positive and professional communication at all times including excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Well organized and able to work under pressure
- Zero error philosophy (aim to get things right first time every time)
- Detailed and Analytical, ability to analyze and solve problems
- Strong customer ethos
- Effective time management that allows all necessary tasks to be completed in line with business goals
- Must be able to handle confidential information effectively
