**Your Role at Impact**:
The position requires someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and who prides themselves on being agile, creative, and a strategic thinker.

**What You'll Do**:
Content creation:
Create content end-to-end. This includes:

- Monthly meetings with regional stakeholders to ensure the correct content is gathered for the month ahead.
- Management of regional stakeholder tickets on Asana, including daily comms, transforming requests into concise design briefs, managing deadlines.
- Research and ideation of new content pillars or social content series that support regional KPIs and initiatives.
- Strategic placement of regional content, days, times, hashtags within the larger monthly content plan, ensuring a balance across multiple regions.
- Briefing graphic designers, giving directional feedback where needed.
- Schedule daily/ weekly on Hootsuite using geo-targeting functionality, vanity urls, tagging.
- Creation of new workflows to support easy population and forward planning of all upcoming content.

Community management:

- Region-specific daily engagement with current and potential followers to increase engagement metrics during relevant time zones where possible.
- Field daily social media complaints and queries during relevant time zones (8 hour response time).
- Building any new internal workflows needed to support this.
- Reporting:

- Use in-platform and SMM tool analytics to pull relevant data monthly. Build report showing metrics/results.
- Present findings monthly (to regions quarterly) to the social marketing manager with recommendations.

Paid advertising:

- Build paid ads or boost LinkedIn updates to specific regions according to regional stakeholder needs.
- Manage monthly budget.
- Present findings monthly to the social marketing manager & regions, with recommendations.

Adhoc projects:

- Adhoc research into trends, creatives, best practices.
- Adhoc social support for brand campaigns including creative input, ideation and execution.
- Adhoc support to the central social team where needed.

Required experience:

- 3-4 years pure social media management experience
- Paid social advertising on LinkedIn/Facebook and Twitter Ads Manager
- Social media copywriting
- Content planning and production
- Design briefs and creative direction feedback
- Community management
- Data analysis: Reporting and building actionable insights
- Relevant degree/ diploma in social media/ digital marketing/ marketing

Beneficial experience:

- Experience using SMM tools like Hootsuite/ Sprout Social
- Working in a B2B or tech environment
- Working with regions/ multiple time zones
