**JUNIOR MARKETING AND SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist with marketing co-ordination and execution of marketing activities for various regions and vendors.
- Assist with event organization from comprehensive planning to following through with the execution.
- Assist with Social Media management from creating and scheduling content, to answering queries on various social media platforms.
- Assist with complaints management
- Marketing room upkeep
- Assist with administrative work, budgets, monthly newsletter, sending of packages and adhoc items
- Loading purchase orders on Sage
- PowerPoint presentations and proposals
- Compiling proof of execution reports
- Assist with personal administrative work relating to the CEO

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Matric is essential and a Diploma relating to Marketing or Public Relations is preferable.
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Own transport and valid driver’s license preferable
- Good time management and well organized i.e., deadline driven, able to plan and prioritize a high workload
- Excellent communication, writing and people skills
