**Payroll and IR Administrator required in Johannesburg.**:
A well-established manufacturing group is seeking an experienced Payroll and IR Administrator to join their team.
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented all-rounder who can manage the full wages payroll process and handle Industrial Relations administration.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Waged Staff Files
- Contracts updates (Fixed, Permanent and Project contracts)
- Personal Details updates
- Banking details.
- ID, Passport and work permits updates.
- Staff benefits updates (Provident Fund Details)
- Updated leave forms and disciplinary forms.
- Wages Payroll
- Clocking’s and or timesheets.
- Calculations of hours.
- Report absenteeism and late coming.
- Compile hours report/sheet for payroll.
- Manage and report extra ordinarily overtime.
- Manage leave payments.
- Staff Loans
- Legal Compliance
- Safety
- Employment Equity
- WSP and ATR
- BEE
- Statutory Training (Safety Rep, First Aid and Fire Fighter)
- Disciplinary
- Policy and procedures compliance
- Investigations
- Disciplinary hearings arrangements.
- Appointments of Chairpersons
- Support managers with Warnings
- Dismissals documents
- Staff Forum
- Meetings
- Attendance
- Minutes
- Reporting
- What is being achieved
- What is not being achieved with the action plan.
**Desired Experience & Qualifications**:
- A relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage
- Proven experience in payroll administration (manufacturing environment an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and IR practices
- Accuracy, confidentiality, and excellent communication skills
