Role purpose

**We are looking for a strategist who is**:
An innovator - innovation is central to what we do, and we are after someone who can continually challenge the media status quo, deliver stand out work that builds client relationships and receives client and industry recognition.

One of the important functions, then, is to be able to help draw these specialisms together to deliver integrated game-changing solutions for our clients.
An individual that knows how to generate (or spot) fresh insight. **Key responsibilities**:
Insight development across clients.
Pushing Innovation on all levels through client teams and briefs.
Producing and tracking award-winning work across accounts.
Training (clients and staff) through bespoke workshop design.
Adding full marketing expertise and value to clients.
A strategic business consultant as opposed to a media-only specialist.
Thought leader within the industry.
Product ownership - strategy consistency and process rigour across teams.
Full understanding and implementation capability around broader industry adjustments and trends outside of day-to-day workings.
Works on all agency pitches - overseas full strategy complement per pitch.
Comprehensive grasp on both the traditional and contemporary market and media arena.
Trends forecasting.
Media agency external communication initiatives.
Solid grasp on media planning and implementation fundamentals.
