Virtual Sales Administrators for Law Practice

As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for clients. Your focus is to ensure every caller feels comfortable, guided, and well-informed. In this role, you will handle a variety of receptionist and administrative tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, redirect calls, or take detailed messages.
- Respond to client inquiries and assist with concerns or complaints.
- Gather and record the required information from callers.
- Prepare and manage outgoing mail.
- Update and maintain records and files.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
**What We're Looking For**
- Fluency in English, with clear, professional communication.
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, call center, administration, or client-facing roles (legal experience is a plus, but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in sensitive situations.
- Comfortable gathering detailed information and delivering accurate messages.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple calls and tasks at once.
- Professional, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote work environment.
**Other requirements**
- Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 75-100 Mbps)
- Own laptop or desktop computer
- External monitor
- Quality headset with built-in microphone
- Sufficient backup power for outages (UPS or inverter)
- Ability to work Monday-Friday during U.S. business hours
