In this challenging and varied role, you will report into the Associate Marketing Director and be responsible for promoting Cognia’s brand and delivering compelling marketing campaigns and initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Planning and delivering strategic marketing campaigns across Cognia’s programmes through an integrated multi-channel approach.
- Designing and managing campaigns with recommendations on the best tactics and channels to engage our target audience eg website, social media, face-to-face, events, video, thought leadership reports, podcasts, newsletters, surveys etc.
- Setting content strategy, recommending specific content to include as part of that strategy and drafting/editing compelling content to engage our target audience in a variety of formats (eg videos, podcasts, infographics, polls).
- Collating relevant data, monitoring progress, providing insights and delivering reports outlining performance related to campaign metrics.
- Organising events (face-to-face and virtual) from briefing through to roll-out with responsibility for researching external venues (or virtual formats), coordinating the invitation process and providing on-site support on the day.
- Creating and managing LinkedIn and Twitter campaigns.
- Monitoring google analytics trends and amending marketing activity accordingly to enhance the user experience.
- Maximising SEO to maintain visibility amongst our target market
- Managing multiple external suppliers from overseeing deliverables, reporting to senior stakeholders on providers’ performance/return on investment, administering invoices and maintaining a broad network of contacts to recommend new partnerships for future projects
- Using knowledge of legal sector and technology advances combined with knowledge of GCs’ and legal directors’ challenges to recommend innovative ways Cognia can stand out in the market.
- Collaborating with the senior leadership team to translate technical offerings into compelling propositions for Cognia or jointly with Cognia’s delivery partners.
- Plan and deliver series of videos and podcasts designed with clear calls to action using a variety of formats, timing, channels etc. for maximum impact.
- Proactively managing campaign budgets to ensure return on investment.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven track record at developing and delivering multi-channel campaigns in the United Kingdom (particularly in or with the professional services sector or B2B would be advantageous) which generate leads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confident at drafting and editing technical topics to produce engaging content.
- Successfully applied SEO techniques to increase quality and quantity of traffic (or confident in your ability to learn quickly).
- Experienced at measuring and analysing data effectively to build a picture of campaign performance and ROI.
- Adept at using Google Analytics and interpreting data to identify which elements of the user journey should be adjusted to improve results.
- Thrive at working collaboratively in an agile environment, trying new tactics and improving outcomes by building on learnings at pace.
- Able to create impact with and influence with senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of how to translate creative vision and objectives of the business into successful marketing campaigns.
