The objective is to establish and uphold modern and efficient computer systems and networks, maximizing the impact of technology on business sustainability.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive technical assistance and support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues. This support will be offered both in-person and remotely, covering all major platforms such as Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
- Perform diagnostic procedures and effectively resolve hardware and software problems across a wide range of devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and telephony peripherals.
- Offer guidance and training to end-users, empowering them to make the most of technology resources and tools available to them.
- Proficiently handle audio-visual equipment, such as projectors, wireless casting devices, and videoconferencing systems.
- Effectively manage stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs and expectations are addressed.
- Demonstrate adaptability and responsiveness in the face of change, effectively navigating and embracing new circumstances.
- Foster a culture of creativity and innovation, encouraging the generation of new ideas and solutions.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or in a similar technical support role.
- A relevant IT National Diploma.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), ITIL, Apple certification or equivalent will be advantageous.
- Solid technical experience working with MS Office365, displays technical skills in WAN/LAN, Point of Sale (strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Active Directory administration and user management.
- Valid driver’s license.
