Key Responsibilities:


•     Provide first-line technical support to end users via phone, email, and in person


•     Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, and peripherals


•     Maintain and update operating systems and software applications


•     Assist with user account setups, password resets, and system access


•     Log and track support requests through the helpdesk system


•     Maintain inventory of IT assets


•     Collaborate with senior technicians and escalate complex issues when necessary


•     Ensure adherence to company IT policies and security protocols

Requirements:


•     Diploma or certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field


•     Basic understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications


•     Knowledge of hardware components and troubleshooting techniques


•     Good problem-solving and communication skills


•     A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment


•     Prior internship or entry-level experience in IT support (advantageous but not mandatory)
