**What you’ll be doing**
- Building strong relationships with external suppliers and operational managers
- Consulting with hiring managers to complete a detailed job profile and person specification brief to ensure full understanding of requirements and agree time scales and obligations for the resourcing process
- Ensuring SMART operating model and SLAs are delivered against and proactively raise concerns around target achievement escalating these to the Recruitment Manager
- Ensuring all requisitions are fully specified, vacancies loaded, advertised and tracked through the correct authorisation sourcing channels and processes
- Discussing full t's&c's with Hiring Manager (HM) and highlighting concerns caused by market research, keeping abreast of competitor analysis and benchmarking salaries across all locations
- Producing timely and accurate activity and management information reporting
- Demonstrating experience sourcing top talent using Boolean searches across recruitment e.g. Career Junction, PNet, LinkedIn to create a robust talent pool for shortlisting and selection

**What you’ll need**
- Matric
- Tertiary qualification (Advantageous)
- 4 years’ recruitment experience with volume/bulk recruitment
- Experience of working within a fast-paced recruitment role at Consultant level
- Proven experience working with Senior Stakeholders
- Extensive sourcing experience on various job portals
- Contact centre operations experience (Preferable)
- Strong interview skills as well as knowledge of assessment and selection tools
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and SLAs
- Experience of behavioural / competency based interviewing and role play scenarios
- Experience in the use of recruitment technology
