**Job Title: Recruitment Consultant (Junior to Mid-Level)**
**Location**: On-site | Woodstock, Cape Town
**Reports to**: Delivery Manager

We're on the lookout for a **Junior to Mid-Level Recruiter** to join our team **full-time on-site in Woodstock, Cape Town**. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a **fast-paced, results-driven environment**, ideally with experience in **construction, engineering**, or similar high-volume recruitment sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Talent Sourcing & Attraction**
- Craft compelling job adverts to attract quality talent.
- Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.

**Admin & Systems**
- Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and internal processes.

**Stakeholder Collaboration**
- Partner with Business Development and Account Management teams to meet client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage offer processes smoothly.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1-3 years of recruitment experience (agency or internal).
- Experience in fast-paced sectors such as construction or engineering is a plus.
- Results-driven and target-focused with a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Confident using job boards, LinkedIn, and CRMs (Bullhorn experience beneficial).
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
