As Webhelp’s Volume Recruitment Manager, you’ll be joining our Cape Town team and our fun-loving global community of more than 100,000 passionate people who work across 190 locations in over 50 countries, delivering exceptional customer experiences for some of the world’s leading brands. We’re looking for someone who understands the importance of relationship building and nurturing and is confident and concise in their communication with stakeholders, external suppliers, internal operational managers and clients.
What you’ll be doing
- Working collaboratively to confirm and agree delivery of required business headcount in periods of BAU and growth
- Coaching and developing the on-site recruitment teams to ensure effective and consistent selection processes and administration activities across all sites and all campaigns are in place
- Establishing clear KPI’s and performance metrics for all direct reports and conducting regular 1:1’s with them to ensure these measures are achieved and manage their on-going development
- Ensuring all compliance terms for each client are met
- Developing strong and sustainable key internal relationships with other support functions (Operations, HR, R&P, L&D) to support consistent ways of working
- Managing the agency audit process to review compliance to recruitment processes and standards
- Managing Agency starters, ensuring costs/fees are in line with contract requirements
- Liaising and working effectively with key stakeholders across the business to ensure a complete understanding of business requirements and support the continuous improvement of the selection process
What you’ll need
- Professional qualification in relevant recruitment or assessment disciplines
- Knowledge of recruitment methodologies suitable for delivering high level advisor recruitment
- Experience of large-scale assessment events and assessment best practice
- Excellent people engagement and interpersonal skills with strong people management skills and the ability to coach and develop effectively
- Extensive experience of working within a BPO/RPO or contact centre environment and delivering the required business headcount
- Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate and work flexibly with stakeholders within and outside the organisation to resolve problems
