Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale music and cultural events from concept to completion.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Oversee financial management, including budget creation, tracking, and reporting to ensure cost-effective delivery without compromising quality.
Source, negotiate with, and contract local and international artists.
Liaise with sponsors, stakeholders, suppliers, and partners to ensure alignment with event objectives.
Coordinate logistics, technical requirements, permits, and event compliance with local regulations.
Manage event teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient task execution.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to maintain smooth event operations.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing large-scale events, preferably within the music and entertainment industry.
Proven track record in budget management and financial control of multi-million rand projects.
Strong negotiation skills and established networks in the music/entertainment sector.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
