We are searching for an experienced **Beverage Manager** to oversee multiple bar operations in a dynamic hotel setting in Nigeria. This role involves managing various outlets, including a restaurant bar, cocktail bar, and a dispensing bar for large-scale function facilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple bars, ensuring seamless service and high standards.
- Oversee stock control, inventory management, and ordering to maintain optimal stocking levels.
- Develop and implement bar menus, focusing on quality and profitability.
- Lead and train bar staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain consistency.

**Requirements**:

- Strong background in hotel bar operations, with experience managing multiple outlets.
- Proven skills in stock management, cost control, and efficient resource allocation.
- Confident leader with excellent organisational and communication abilities.

**Salary**: $30,000 USD
